All orders are printed and processed after an order is placed. This requires printing and processing time, followed by mounting and stretching to the canvas frame or the dye sublimation process for HD Metal, quality checks, packaging, documentation, etc. These steps can result in several days of processing time before your order is actually shipped.
All items are packed and shipped to ensure safe delivery. You will be charged additional shipping fees for each item ordered to account for additional packing materials and weight.
Both processing and shipping times can vary and can take up to 7 business days to ship via ground to some areas. Our estimated shipping time at checkout will be a best guess, exaggerated estimate of total time to print, process, and ship. Most items will be delivered sooner, but the times listed should be used to ensure items are delivered on time if needed by a specific date.
If you need an order earlier than the estimate, rush processing and shipping can be purchased at checkout. All items in your order will use the same shipping method, so if you don’t need all items rushed please place separate orders.
